User Story Description
Autopilot already has skills to use Theia. They need to be deprecated and substituted with
equivalent skills that use VISOR instead.
Acceptance Criteria
Autopilot has VISOR-related skills that users can use to launch a VISOR session with a specific dataset and get info on the dataset specifics.
