描述
Found 2026-10-28 (Andy), Organizer summary of Slurm jobs on Kebnekaise (also the Viewer's Calculation Summary):
- Job ID missing. The scheduler's job number is stored with the calculation but not shown.
- Left is never filled. The allocation command (projinfo) is parsed correctly (checked on real output: "21.2 % of 30 000 CPU-h/month used (past 30 days)"), but AllocationQuery only runs it over a login the Organizer process already holds (
RCommand::execOnLiveLogin); jobs are followed by separate monitor processes with their own logins, so the Organizer usually has none, the query fails and the empty answer is cached for 15 min (~/.ECCE/AllocationCacheshows empty entries). - An empty Left still shows its label (the row should be hidden when nothing is known).
- Layout: the list is long for one column. Agreed (Andy): two columns: Machine, Processors, Queue, Job ID on the left; Start Date, Comp. Date, Allocation, Left on the right.
Fix for 2: run the allocation command over the shared per-machine login the jobs already use (#599, #631), never opening a new login or asking for a password.
