Research direction

The issue asks whether RobotPy support for Limelight lib 2 will be available, but names no files, tests, or implementation entry points. Start by checking how Systemcore currently exposes Limelight lib 2 and whether RobotPy support is planned; done would mean a clear scope and an agreed support path, which the issue does not yet provide.

Description

Im wondering if there will be robotpy support for Limelight lib 2? My team primarily uses photon but as its built into systemcore it would be nice to have just incase, and just for quick testing.
