Research direction
Use the Korean canonical source and English reading aid to create wavedoc/it/whale/vex-package-manager.md. Preserve metadata, IDs, code, commands, outputs, and links while translating all prose into Italian and setting locale: it. Run the two listed Python checks and git diff --check; done means the checks pass and the document matches the source scope.
