Shared multitask prerequisite intermittently executed multiple times

Tái hiện vấn đề với Rakefile được cung cấp bằng cách sử dụng rake --trace --rules, thay đổi đầu ra gỡ lỗi và các lần chạy lặp lại. The results differ between runs. It seems to happen more often with debug output.

The same action block gets added multiple times to the same task.
