No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce running Invoke from outside a project while a virtual environment is active, then inspect how the tasks module or package is discovered. Done would require a defined and tested way to support this use case, or clear documentation that it is not supported.

Invokes needs a "tasks" module or package definition, so it makes sense that it should only run from the project's root directory.

My goal is to be able to use Invoke from any directory on my PC. I would need to activate a virtual environment first, of course.
