User Story
As a course team member on an instance that has elected to display PII in Aspects, I want to be able to filter the enrolled learners table by the activity and achievement data in the pathway dashboard, so I can quickly view a list of learners that have passed all courses in my pathway; a list of learners that have been inactive or active; or a list of learners that have earned selected certificate(s). This will help me with targeted intervention and communication with those learners.

Description User can cross filter Enrolled Learners table by Learner Activity Data
Given I am a course team member with access to the Pathway dashboard on an instance that has elected to display PII in Aspects
When I click on one or more values in any of the following Activity or Achievement charts in the Pathway dashboard:
- Pathway Status chart
- Number of learners who started each item chart
- Recent Pathway Activity chart
- Recent Item Activity chart
- Certificates Earned chart
Then I see the Enrolled Learners table updates to include only learners returned by the applied cross-filter
