Follow-up from the independent review of #85. This must land before the personal kits API flag is turned on in production. Today the flag is off in wrangler.jsonc and every request is authenticated.

Medium

  • Quadratic regex cost in proposal path detectors (apps/web/app/lib/personal-kits/proposal-detectors.ts).
    • On a long run of / or \, every position is a possible match start, and each one backtracks across the rest of the run.
    • The link-scheme check has the same shape on text like a-a-a-….
    • About 800 KB of slashes in one added file can exceed the Worker CPU limit.
    • Fix: collapse long separator runs, or cap the scanned line length, before matching. Add a test with a time bound.

Low

  • Local paths still slip through:
    • compiler flags such as -I/opt/x and -I/home/<user>;
    • vscode://file/... links;
    • a first segment with non-ASCII letters (/Usuários/...);
    • /usr/home and /usr/local/<org> under the allowlist.
  • YAML password block misses some forms: list items (- password: with the value on the next line) and quoted keys ("password":).
  • Activation without a web session: rebasing a reviewed session-derived proposal produces a draft that an API key can activate without a web session. Decide whether drafts derived from a session-derived revision inherit the web-session activation gate.
  • Shared aliases need ops config: skills that ship in more than one official AgentKit kit without an ak- prefix still need SKILLX_SHARED_SKILL_ALIASES, and nothing sets it yet. Decide who owns the canonical list. AgentKit kit composition is the source.
