Start with nextlevelbuilder/skillx#83 to read the current fixed forbidden-key list and how SkillX enforces it on personal-kit proposals. The payload does not name the envelope spec file, so locate skillx.kit-proposal/v1 before proposing any shape. Done means one versioned list with secret and absolute-path rules, consumed by both SkillX and AgentKit, backed by shared test vectors. Cross-repo design needs maintainer agreement first.

SkillX personal-kit proposals (nextlevelbuilder/skillx#83) refuse raw session fields (transcript, prompt, messages, env, secrets, cwd, history, ...) using a fixed forbidden-key list. AgentKit will produce these proposals (G2 #2278) and should refuse the same keys locally before upload.
Proposal: define one versioned forbidden-key list (and secret/absolute-path rules) in the proposal envelope spec skillx.kit-proposal/v1, consumed by both SkillX and AgentKit, with shared test vectors.
