Start by locating the code that loads Hosted Agents and calls getFoundryAgentEntries, using the reported i.getChildren action and error text as search terms. Compare how the Foundry Toolkit obtains Azure credentials with the Azure Resources extension, then reproduce the sign-in failure with the reported project. Done means hosted agents load for a user signed into Azure.

Does this occur consistently? YES
Repro steps:

  1. I can sign into Azure Resources extension into my tenant and any subscription.
  2. When using the VS Code Foundry toolkit I consistently get a "You are not signed in to an Azure account." But if in fact, I am signed and and can see all my foundry projects. I cannot continue from here when doing Agent development (MS Learn labs for now) because I cannot see the agents I created from the Foundry portal.
