Does this occur consistently? YES
Repro steps:

  1. I can sign into Azure Resources extension into my tenant and any subscription.
  2. When using the VS Code Foundry toolkit I consistently get a "You are not signed in to an Azure account." But if in fact, I am signed and and can see all my foundry projects. I cannot continue from here when doing Agent development (MS Learn labs for now) because I cannot see the agents I created from the Foundry portal.
