The issue asks DebugMCP to read and search the debug console output, which it cannot do yet, while it already reads session state, breakpoints, variables and evaluated expressions. Start by reviewing those existing read paths and checking which VS Code API exposes debug console output, since the issue links a related vscode issue. Done means an agent can fetch and search console lines from the active debug session, but the API choice needs maintainer input first.

Evaluated expressions.
Stack location through debugger state.
but the debug console, which contains the logs emitted by the app is the best source of information to correlate code, with execution reading bigger portion of debug information, making it faster instead to increase breakpoint and variables reads while paused.
