Problem

/source-control:pull-request ready refuses to flip a draft whose title names a hyphenated identifier containing wip, reporting a WIP marker.

plugins/source-control/skills/pull-request/scripts/check-ready-holds.sh:77 tests the title with test("\\bwip\\b"; "i"). A hyphen is a word boundary, so check-wip-cap matches.

Reproduction

PR #8967, title refactor(pr-pipeline): fold the admission window into check-wip-cap with a queued-work count:

Expected

A WIP marker is a title token such as a leading WIP, [WIP] or WIP:, not wip inside a hyphenated identifier. The ready check should pass this title.

Fix

Narrow the matcher, for example to a leading WIP/[WIP]/(WIP) token or wip that has no -, _ or alphanumeric character on either side. Per the hook-precision convention, land it with a stay-quiet test (the title above) that fails before the fix.
