The payload names no files, tests or entry points, so start with the two comments on the issue to see what has already been argued. The open questions are where the fallback chain runs, how API keys are stored, and how the operator is alerted, and none is settled yet. Mô tả
Chain: the lane's subscription, then API keys rotating through the linked orgs, then the paid backstop if adopted, then pause and alert. No API reads the credit balance, so the chain fails over on the credit-balance error and the spend-limit error and keeps its own tally. Decide where the chain runs (a shared workflow step, a broker), how keys are stored, and how the alert reaches the operator.
