Add the fifth setup, update README.md and docs/user-guide.md, then run dotnet test tests/Prompuff.App.Tests and the screenshot test. Settings › Integrations › Connect an AI tool has ready-to-copy MCP setups for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Copilot CLI and Codex. Gemini CLI adds a stdio MCP server with one command and shows MCP prompts as slash commands, so it fits the same pattern as Codex and Copilot CLI.

What to do

  • Add GeminiCli to McpClient, to McpClientSetup.Clients after Codex, and a case in McpClientSetup.For named "Gemini CLI". The snippet is gemini mcp add --scope user prompuff {Quote(command)} mcp, and the steps say it adds Prompuff to ~/.gemini/settings.json, in the same voice as the others. Check the command against Gemini CLI's MCP docs, and run it if you have Gemini CLI.
  • Add Gemini CLI to the setup table in README.md and to the list of tools in docs/user-guide.md.
