The attached patch formats the unrounded AIC value (rounded to cents by Intl), giving $0.39 each and $1.17, and updates DLS-UNIT-004 and its unit test. Validation: direct formatNumber check passed (341→$3.41, 39→$0.39, 117→$1.17); vitest/eslint could not run because dashboard/site dependencies failed to install.
