The Cost page rounded aicc values to 2 AIC before dividing by 100, so per-repository slices ($0.40 each) disagreed with the total ($1.18). The attached patch formats the unrounded AIC value (rounded to cents by Intl), giving $0.39 each and $1.17, and updates DLS-UNIT-004 and its unit test. Validation: direct formatNumber check passed (341→$3.41, 39→$0.39, 117→$1.17); vitest/eslint could not run because dashboard/site dependencies failed to install.
