Start with the dependency setup in CMakeLists.txt around line 59, where sendspin-cpp is downloaded. Check how CMake can use a system-provided shared or static sendspin-cpp library and make the download optional for offline packaging builds. Done when builds can use the provided library without network access while the existing download path remains available.

Mô tả
Currently the CMake configuration expects to download the sendspin-cpp library during build time, https://github.com/Sendspin/sendspin-cpp-cli/blob/main/CMakeLists.txt#L59. This however is incompatible with Linux distributions that would like to package this tool as they require offline builds, so no network access once the build has started. Such distributions would also already provide sendspin-cpp as either a shared or static library so there would be no need to download it from within CMake either.
It would be great if this usecase were supported and downloading during CMake execution was made optional.
