Would remove the need for users to already hold stablecoins for escrow-backed reservations.
Proposal
- Confirm current availability, regions, fees and KYC for the onramp in Stripe's own docs (evidence found so far is secondary).
- Sketch the flow into escrow (#9) and what we would have to custody, if anything.
