Release OpenCook Recipe Library on Hugging Face

Start with the Hugging Face Datasets loading guide and the repository's existing OpenCook Recipe Library. Determine how the dataset should be uploaded and made discoverable on Hugging Face, then verify that it can be loaded with the documented Python interface and linked to the paper page.

The paper page lets people discuss about your paper and lets them find artifacts about it (your dataset for instance),
you can also claim the paper as yours which will show up on your public profile at HF, add Github and project page URLs.

I see you're hosting it as part of your GitHub repository. Hosting on Hugging Face will give you more visibility/enable better discoverability, and will also allow people to do:
