Plugin

respire-minimax-code — local-first encrypted memory for MiniMax Code.

  • Public package: https://github.com/risense-ai/respire-minimax-code
  • Format: MiniMax Plugin V1 (.minimax-plugin/plugin.json, schemaVersion: 1)
  • Components:
    • Skill: skills/respire/SKILL.md
    • MCP: stdio server (node ./mcp/respire-mcp.mjs -> rsrs mcp)
    • Hooks: SessionStart, UserPromptSubmit, Stop via hooks/respire-hooks.json
  • External runtime dependency: @rsrsai/cli (rsrs), installed by the user with npm. The plugin package itself contains no credentials or telemetry.
Validation and testing
  • Passes the public V1 validator: node tools/plugins/validate-plugin.mjs <package> (exit 0).
  • Tested with @minimax-ai/[email protected] on Windows:
    • local reader reports LOCAL_MINIMAX
    • plugin list --json shows enabled: true, skillCount: 1, mcpServerCount: 1
    • MCP connection succeeds
    • mcode exec produces a real model reply and executes all three hooks (verified in hook.log)
Question

docs/plugins/README.md says: open an issue describing the Plugin, then open a PR from a fork. But docs/maintainers.md says code/documentation PRs are accepted only from repository collaborators, and an accepted proposal does not grant PR permission.

What is the current official path for a third-party V1 plugin with hooks?

  1. Should we submit through the community registry (MiniMax-AI/MiniMax-Code-Plugins) only?
  2. Or is there a separate official Marketplace application/review process (and where should the package/validation output be sent)?
  3. If official Marketplace listing is currently curated internally, is there a maintainer contact or review queue we should use?

We are happy to provide the package archive, content_digest, icon assets, and full validation output. No secrets are included.
