Validation and testing
- Passes the public V1 validator:

Question
docs/plugins/README.md says: open an issue describing the Plugin, then open a PR from a fork. But docs/maintainers.md says code/documentation PRs are accepted only from repository collaborators, and an accepted proposal does not grant PR permission.
What is the current official path for a third-party V1 plugin with hooks?
- Should we submit through the community registry (
MiniMax-AI/MiniMax-Code-Plugins) only? - Or is there a separate official Marketplace application/review process (and where should the package/validation output be sent)?
- If official Marketplace listing is currently curated internally, is there a maintainer contact or review queue we should use?
We are happy to provide the package archive, content_digest, icon assets, and full validation output. No secrets are included.
