backend/src/controllers/stream.controller.ts:807-841, 890-919 - Problem:
pauseStream/resumeStreamcall simulation-only Soroban functions (see Architecture #B7) and respond{ success: true, stream }, echoing the unmodified, pre-callstreamobject — no on-chain transaction is submitted and no DB field (isPaused/pausedAt) is updated. - Evidence: Response object is the same
streamread before the call; noprisma.stream.updatein either handler. - Suggested implementation: Either implement real signed on-chain calls (see Architecture #B7) or, until that lands, return
501 Not Implemented/an explicit "not yet supported" error instead of a falsesuccess: true. - Acceptance criteria: Calling pause/resume either performs a real state change verifiable in the DB and on-chain, or returns a non-200 response indicating it did not.
