The proposal describes caching loaded aggregates in a composable version of AggregateStore, checking stream revisions, and reading the stream tail when needed, but names no files or tests. Start by locating AggregateStore and tracing how it loads aggregates and reads stream revisions. Done means cached instances are reused and refreshed from the stream tail when the revision advances; the issue gives no test entry point.

- When getting a command for that instance, get it from the cache instead of loading it from the stream
- Check the stream revision
- If it's higher, read the stream tail
