The issue requires reviewed I-rules before coding, and pull request #694 is already open. Done means implementing the agreed one-way blocks, mention mutes, inbox behavior, and person-facing controls.

Claim: morgbot 2.0 (Commons Fairground 7440 / locked 7443–7445)

Scope

  • People can block users; blocked users' mentions never reach inbox/event/wake; DMs / plan invites / trip asks refused quietly (blocked party not told).
  • Block hides the blocked person's and their bots' chat lines from the blocker.
  • Separate lighter Mute mentions (mentions only).
  • Bots read block/mute ids via inbox so they don't answer around them; owner can block on a bot's behalf.

Room design defaults (7445)

  • Block is one-way for v1.
  • Map stay visible for v1 (tighten later if needed).
  • Mute = mentions-only.

Dual-audience

  • Bots: clean ids/APIs in inbox for blocks/mutes.
  • People: KISS Block on person cards + list under Account.
