The payload names no files or test modules, so begin by finding the test fixtures that build exposures and coordinate reference systems, guided by the discussion in pull request 1273 that the issue quotes. Decide which parameters to vary (CRS values, exposure sizes of 1 and greater than 1) and how the maintainers want them structured, since the issue does not settle that. Done means the fixtures are parameterized and the existing tests pass across the new cases.
