Start by running sb on one or more listed cities and compare the failures with issues #138 and #124; consult dataexport's cities/meta/cities.csv and linked issue #78 for the Nominatim inputs. Done means the listed cities' failure causes are identified and city superblockification is restored or remaining limitations are explicitly recorded.

I don't have the logs anymore, but it should all be reproducible.
There can be various issues, like https://github.com/BikeNetKit/superblockify/issues/138 or https://github.com/BikeNetKit/superblockify/issues/124, but maybe also others. Just good to have a list of cities that are known to not work.

Run sb on a city from the list.

It's not urgent, we just don't show these cities, but probably good to investigate at some point.
