Trace the Nominatim lookup and its handling of failed or ambiguous results, then verify that Danish cities are not exported at the Afghanistan location and that a lookup failure instead gives appropriate feedback.

Danish cities Aalborg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, Vejle are placed in Afghanistan, see https://github.com/BikeNetKit/dataexport/issues/75.
I initially thought it makes sense because the nominatim queries for these city names alone don't return useful boundaries (I think), and maybe this is just sb's default way of failing nominatim. But then I found that querying for "copenhagen municipality" should work. Still it lands in Afghanistan.

I don't know the reason. It looks like when there is a nominatim failure, it always defaults to this Afghanistan location, but I'm not sure. If that's the case, then the issue should be caught earlier and the program aborted with appropriate feedback, instead of returning an export of another location.
