Run the documented codeaf manual command and compare the manual examples with those sources. Done means the manual describes unset, node, legacy, and off correctly, uses brief, and includes the requested e2e, unit, and change-entry updates.

Found on santos/dev2 at 008363c98 (#1410). It reaches dev when #1410 merges.

What happened

worker-harness.md says the older road is what a build without the switch does and says With the switch unset, none of this is reached. At this head, an unset CODEAF_TASK_BELT selects the bash belt. The same page calls the first task-page section description; the page draws brief.

Replication

Deterministic (no model). Run codeaf manual "what happens when I type /task" and read those statements. Inspect bashBeltAsked with the variable unset and with node: unset returns the bash road; node selects the older road. Open a task page and compare its brief heading with the manual's description.

Where

internal/manual/chat/worker-harness.md:7, :48 and :88 contain the stale claims at 008363c98. internal/session/bashbelt.go:265, bashBeltAsked, resolves the switch; internal/tui3/taskplan.go:1416 draws brief.

The fix

Describe the actual default and the node, legacy and off escape words, and spell the visible heading brief.

Acceptance

  • e2e: codeaf manual "what happens when I type /task" says unset uses the bash belt; the task page and its answer both say brief.
  • Unit: a manual check compares belt-switch examples with bashBeltAsked and the heading constant.
  • The change entry's invalidates records the old default description.
