Research direction

Start in LibraryScreen.kt and trace how its S2TabRow connects to the pager state and tab positions. Check the Material tabs-with-pager pattern and the available PrimaryScrollableTabRow indicator APIs in M3 1.5.0-alpha29. Done means the indicator follows the swipe continuously while tapping a tab still animates the pager.

Description

design

Library's section tabs (S2TabRow over PrimaryScrollableTabRow, LibraryScreen.kt) move the indicator to pagerState.targetPage when a swipe settles, rather than tracking the pager's live offset as the finger drags. Material's tabs-with-pager pattern slides the indicator with the swipe.

M3 1.5.0-alpha29 offers no fractional-offset API on PrimaryScrollableTabRow, so this needs a custom indicator that lerps between the current and next tab positions using pagerState.currentPageOffsetFraction.

Acceptance: dragging between Library sections slides the indicator continuously; tapping a tab still animates the pager.
