Research direction

Read the root document linked in the issue, covering box.schema.func_create, and check how it describes creating non-sandboxed functions. Update the documentation to state that this requires execute privileges on the universe in addition to the privileges needed to insert into _func; confirm the page reflects that requirement.

Description

Root document: https://tarantool.io/docs/tarantool/ru/3_x/reference/reference_lua/box/box_schema/func_create

Creating a non-sandboxed function (that is, without the is_sandboxed
option set) now requires the user to have execute privileges on the
universe (on top of the other privileges needed to insert into _func).
