Research direction

The failing lookup is the #if canImport block that imports stderr near line 584 of Plugins/PackageToJS/Sources/PackageToJSPlugin.swift, which has no Windows branch. Start there and find which module exposes stderr on Windows (the issue suggests WinSDK). Add a matching branch and confirm the plugin builds on Windows. Done when the package compiles on Windows without the stderr error.

Description

An error for this line:

https://github.com/swiftwasm/JavaScriptKit/blob/main/Plugins/PackageToJS/Sources/PackageToJSPlugin.swift#L584

... about stderr not being defined. Which it isn't it seems.

#if canImport(Darwin)
@preconcurrency import var Darwin.stderr
#elseif canImport(Glibc)
@preconcurrency import var Glibc.stderr
#elseif canImport(Musl)
@preconcurrency import var Musl.stderr
#elseif canImport(Android)
@preconcurrency import var Android.stderr
#endif

Though PackageToJS.swift does mention Windows. So it seems it should be supported:
