Research direction

This is a macOS app: start by locating where global keyboard shortcuts are captured and matched (search the Swift sources for CGEvent, KeyboardShortcut, modifier flags, and hotkey registration) and how the modifier set is modeled in the shortcut-recording UI. Investigate how Caps Lock can be detected as a modifier (it is a lock key, so event flags/keycode handling differs from Command/Option) and where the captured modifier is compared during triggering. Done means a user can record and trigger a shortcut using Caps Lock as a modifier, and the change covers both recording and matching paths.
