Description
One use-case is reaching out to individual users at a Partner. We have some formal partner contacts, but like with email we sometimes need to call individual partner users.
Add a phone number to users in general as an optional attribute. Add it in the UI at least to Partner Users, for when a Bank is managing Partner Users (like their email address). Look around and maybe add it in other places :)
