Research direction

Start from the existing About You and Legacy story forms and trace how they connect to the dashboard. Review how each form's categories and prompts are rendered, then define completion indicators and the “Save and return to dashboard” path; the work is done when both forms support category navigation and dashboard return behavior.

Description

The free text forms (About you + Legacy story) have several sections and lots of prompts. There should be a sidebar to navigate between the categories within each form, with a visual indicator if the category is complete.

We can also have a "Save and return to dashboard" on this navbar, which will allow proper navigation between the dashboard and the forms (which is currently missing).
