Research direction

Start with the camera_calibration_parsers CMakeLists.txt and compare its current Python dependency handling with commit b9258eb5bd4b9c3b871de325c489d988b9cc1578. Verify the package compiles on a system with boost-python3 but without Boost Python 2.

Description

for some reason on https://github.com/ros-perception/image_common/commit/b9258eb5bd4b9c3b871de325c489d988b9cc1578 the CMakeList.txt python3 fix was reverted. Now when I want to compile this on a system that doesn't have boost with python2 I can't.
