PDF Fusion is a user-friendly, offline desktop tool for merging PDF and image files (JPG/PNG): add files via dialog or drag-and-drop, reorder them, preview the result, and save as a combined PDF with a single click. It runs locally (localhost, no cloud). Simple, fast, and secure.
