Research direction

The request is a bulk enable/disable control in the Installed Mods tab, so start from that tab's existing per-mod enable toggle and the code that updates mod state. Add one control that applies the change to every installed mod, then check that the toggle state persists after a restart. Done when one action flips all mods and the individual toggles still work. The issue has no maintainer decision yet on whether the control should be enable-all, disable-all, or both.

Description

enhancement pre-release

i think an option to "enable/disable all" in the Installed Mods tab would be a good addition, every time I have a problem that could be caused by two mods conflicting, i have to disable all my mods one by one, and sometimes the cause of the problem isn't even in the Windhawk, having an option to "enable/disable all" would make this process easier
