Have to wait at the logon screen a few seconds for Windhawk to load correctly

Description
If I log in into a Windows session instantly after boot, Windhawk fails to load by the time Explorer starts, so the mods that need to be started before it, do not affect the shell. For instance, the "Win10 taskbar on Win11", Classic theme and others. I get the default Win11 taskbar. But Windhawk actually in the end starts, so the other programs started later are affected by the mods as usual.
The only way to mitigate this currently is to wait about 5 seconds before entering password/PIN at the logon screen.
Is there a way to make Windhawk to load faster/earlier? I am on SSD.
