Research direction

Read the default key in lib/rack/session/constants.rb and its use in lib/rack/session/abstract/id.rb, then trace the Encryptor setup in lib/rack/session/cookie.rb and lib/rack/session/encryptor.rb. Verify that omitting the key and explicitly using "rack.session" produce the same signature, and confirm the existing session behavior remains intact.
