Research direction

The request is for a rig proj purge subcommand that deletes the project's gitignored .rvenv directory. Start by finding how the existing rig proj subcommands are defined and how they locate the project root, and check whether .rvenv is created anywhere in the codebase. Before writing code, read the two existing comments to see whether the maintainers have agreed on the scope of what gets deleted. Done means a command that removes .rvenv (and nothing else) with a test covering it.

Description

It would just be useful to go back to a clean slate after playing a bit with rig proj. Reverting all git changes isn't enough because the previously gitignored .rvenv then needs to be deleted. Not a huge deal, would just be convenient (maybe it's a very narrow usage as well).
