Research direction

Read the documentation sectioning for irradiance and identify where extraterrestrial, AOI, and Kt&Kc are ordered relative to decomposition and transposition. Check how the sections are organized and whether moving the former ahead would make the input flow clearer; done means the ordering reflects that relationship.

Description

Describe the bug and Expected behavior
Was wondering if, in the documentation sectioning for irradiance, it made sense for the extraterrestrial, AOI, and Kt&Kc to come before decomposition and transposition, since the former can be used to generate inputs asked by the latter.
