Start by reading the example import and launch-check code, then compare its behavior on Windows 11 with the reported 9.2.2 setup. The issue names no source files or tests, so locate the import entry point and the related Launcher hang issue first. Done means the first-start import finishes and, after a restart, any remaining examples are available.

Seen on 9.2.2, Windows 11, Dell OptiPlex 7070 (university-managed, large display; scale not yet known). On a managed Latitude 7410 at 100 % scale ECCE looks and works fine, so scaling and the managed setup are both candidates.
The Organizer shows Not Responding with the starting splash on top; four or five examples arrive, then it hangs indefinitely. After killing and restarting, the import is not retried, and File > Open Example Calculations then gave only water and benzene. The import runs the same launch checks as Launch (see the Launcher hang issue), so they may share a cause.
