Research direction

Start by tracing how saved search filters are restored during app startup and how that state triggers the unit list refresh; issue #80 is the related starting point. Reproduce by saving filters, restarting the app, and checking when the list appears. Done when the filtered units display on startup without editing a filter.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Following up on issue #80. While search filters are now preserved across app restarts, no units are visible when the app opens if it was previously closed with filters applied.

To display the filtered units upon startup, it requires to click the "Edit Filters" button and modify a setting (for example, untoggling and retoggling a filter). Only then does the list of filtered units appear.

This issue is consistently reproducible on every app restart.
