Research direction
The issue describes the Unit Wizard and service list behavior in the GTK4 application but names no source files or tests. Start by locating the wizard's Create action and how the service list is refreshed after creating a Unit. Done means the wizard closes and the list shows the new service without a manual refresh.

Description
Describe the bug
Unit Wizard not closing on "Create", service list not automatically refreshing when a new Unit is created. You can see this in the video.
- I create the service. Click Create. The Wizard does not close. The service list does not refresh. I have to manually close the wizard and refresh the list to see my new service. This leads to poor User Experience.
