Research direction

Start by locating the SplatViewer entry point and reviewing how scene content and user interactions are represented. Define the waypoint API for externally triggered locations and clickable hotspots, including how active state and transitions are exposed; done means featured items or areas can be reached declaratively and their active status is observable.

Description

Blocks Splat Viewer

The SplatViewer should support declarative way points, so a user can automatically transition to featured items or areas within the content.

Way points might be

  • Abstract locations that can be triggered externally
  • Hot spots that can be clicked on within a scene

There should be an API for when way points are active etc
