Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the disappearing splat under React StrictMode and inspect the component's rendering lifecycle; done means the splat remains visible when its containing component re-renders, with a regression test if the project has an applicable test location.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

When I use StrictMode, the splat disappears.

This happens because StrictMode re-renders the content.

Anything that re-renders the component containing the splat will cause it to disappear.
