Open the English commit 0c5b5b90e55baccbeb577a24696726d3fb466c74 in php/doc-en to see the new ValueError note for curl_setopt and curl_setopt_array. Then edit reference/curl/functions/curl-setopt-array.xml and reference/curl/functions/curl-setopt.xml in this repo, adding a French version of that note in the same place. Done when both XML files contain the French ValueError text and the French doc build still passes.
