Open the English commit cae7c5ca398c3fa91a227f425b518af26e1a6da0 from php/doc-en (PR 5921) and find the change about Authorization and Cookie headers being ignored in the context option. Add the matching French text to the same section of construct.xml, keeping the XML structure and entity tags intact. Done when the French section says the same thing as the English change.
