Description
Target Bitrate : 3360000
ranges are :720p (above 3.3MB), 480p (1.2 to 3.3MB), 360p (less than 1.2)
Now I am restricting bandwidth to 3MB in router.
My expectation is, I should receive bandwidth less than 3MB and it should stream at 480p.
In my bandwidth restriction scenario, Fills occurs in many place even user received sufficient BW for 480p. Network was maintained around 2MB. Dropped frames also happening. How could I resolve this and what is causing this issue
